Today, more than 3,500 South Carolinians are marching together, virtually, in support of responsible reproductive health policies. It’s an important step in letting members of the South Carolina legislature know thousands of their constituents believe the best way to solve many of the great challenges we face in this state is by educating our young people—and giving them the info they need to make responsible decisions—about their sexual health.
We thank each and every marcher who has joined the Tell Them network. In the days, weeks and months to come, we will keep a vigilant eye on policy issues and will keep you informed of developments. As legislation warrants, we will issue email action alerts that let you know it’s time to let your lawmakers know how you stand on a particular issue.
March 23, 2010: a historic day for all of us who have come together to change the future for so many in South Carolina. We thank you for your important role in it.
